Ross and the team from Heritage Heating completed a large job for us, replacing and relocating 16 radiators, moving our hot water cylinder, replacing our ancient boilers with a modern system and installing circulating secondary hot water. A big job for a heating and plumbing company we'd never used before!Ross was fantastic at communicating, from arranging to come out to quote to clarifying points within the quote until we both knew exactly what was needed and we were happy (we had lots of questions and Ross patiently addressed them).Ross then carried out a pre-installation check a few weeks before the job so he had everything clear in his mind and we were reassured.During the work the team always showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, were pleasant and polite, and left our house tidy at the end despite the level of disruption to do the work.The pipe work, both on the wall and under the floor was exceptionally neat and very well done. And the couple of questions about the system I had during the work were addressed very swiftly and professionally by Ross.We were pleased by our choice of contractor and would recommend.

If the first thing they do when then walk through the door is slip on some protective booties and start laying plastic film on all the carpets, it’s a very good start, and not once did they put a foot wrong after that. Then hoovered, cleaned, and tidied when they’d finished. A quality job from a quality team. We will not hesitate to call them again. Already thinking about a bathroom refit.
